| 摘 要： | 对普者黑5个不同水域叶绿素a含量分布特征进行调查,分析了叶绿素a与水质因子相关性关系,并对其水体进行富营养化水平评价.结果表明:普者黑叶绿素a浓度平均含量为4.00 mg/L,且叶绿素a的浓度与TN和TP呈显著正相关关系,而采用综合营养状态指数法对普者黑的富营养化水平进行评价则表明普者黑为中营养化状态湖泊.

| Abstract: | The distribution of chlorophyll a in the five water areas of Puzhehei was studied.The correlation between chlorophyll a and water quality factor was analyzed and the eutrophication of the water body was evaluated.The results indicate that the average concentration of chlorophyll a in Puzhehei is 4.00 mg/L,which is positively correlated with TN and TP,and the comprehensive nutrition index shows that the water of the Puzhehei Lake is in the medium eutrophication level. |
