| 摘 要： | 在京津冀城市圈中建设＂大保定＂必须在多层面探索保定对接京津的方法。在区位特点上,保定位于京津石三角的中心,距离京、津、石的直线距离相差不大,可以依托其丰厚的文化资源、旅游资源以及历史上直隶行政中心等优势多层面张扬自己。为此在保定的城市建设方面需要从城市内部（微观）和城市外部（宏观）双管齐下,不但要被动接受,而且要主动出击,在城市体系、交通网络、名人互动、文化交融、产业共生等多层面做文章,以此推动＂大保定＂名城的建设,在提升保定品位的同时强化保定在京津冀乃至更广范围内的城市感染力。

| Abstract: | Strategies must be explored for Baoding development linked to Jing-Jin in many aspects in Jing-Jin-Ji urban system.As for lo-cali-ty,Baoding is almost at the center of Jing-Jin-Shi triangle,the straight line distance between Bao-Shi,Bao-Jing,Bao-Jin,Baoidng can be popu-larized based on its rich cultural resources,tourism resources and historical administration center opportunities.In this way,city building for Baoding must emphasis not only on interior city（micro-things） but also exterior（macro-things） city,not only accept things passively but al-so attack the things expecting to achieve,articles in many aspects can be cooked up such as urban system,traffic net,celebrity interaction,culture mutually melting,industry intergrowth,＂Great Baoding＂ can be realized,in this way quality can be elevated,and at the same time,Baoding＇s impacting power can be strengthened in region of Jing-Jin-Ji even in much broader area. |
