| 摘 要： | 我们所要实现的和谐社会不是也不可能是一种完全消除矛盾的和谐社会，和谐社会也必然存在矛盾，但诸多的矛盾都能够通过合理的方式加以化解。国家强制力的理性构建必须明确这样的基本理念，才可能真正促进优良的法律治理文化的形成。让我们的社会变得更加和谐美好。

| Abstract: | We have to realize that the harmonious society can＇t completely eliminate contradictions. The harmonious society must imply the existence of contradictions, but many contradictions can be resolved through a reasonable way. The rational construction of our country＇s force must make clear the basic concept, in order to promote the excellent legal governance culture, make our society more harmonious. |
