| Abstract: | News media is often conflict in judicial activities as the nature of the fundamental differences, and news media need to change the monitoring approaches within the framework of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the constructive furction which turn the oversee of the judicial activities into the promotion of the legislation, and then supervise judicial activities indirectly, and atlast realiee in social development goals of the rule of law finally. |
