| 摘 要： | 影响研究生科研能力提高的因素有许多,其中研究生的自我效能感是一个相当重要的因素,它与科研能力的高低存在显著的正相关。本文在阐述自我效能感基本理论的基础上,分析其在研究生科研能力培养方面的作用机制,以及其形成因素对研究生科研能力培养的影响;阐述自我效能感在培养研究生科研能力方面的作用,并针对如何更好地提高研究生的自我效能感提出相应的策略。

| Abstract: | Among many factors that have impacts on the development of graduates＇ research capability, self-efficiency is a relatively important one which has the positive correlation with the level of research capability.This paper,based on the expatiation of the self-efficiency theory,analyses the functional mechanism and the impacts of its formative elements on the development of graduates＇ research capability.Furthermore,the paper expounds on the functions of the self-efficiency on the cultivation of graduate＇s research capability and comes up with some relative strategies to improve the graduates＇ sense of self-efficiency. |
