| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快,房屋拆迁工作在各地如火如荼的进行,拆迁中的各种矛盾和冲突也日益暴露出来.而房屋是广大老百姓最重要的私有财产,是他们的"奶酪",不可随意乱动.本文分析了当前我国房屋拆迁过程中存在的各种问题,并对如何解决这些问题,从而更好的保护被拆迁人的合法权益提出了一些对策和建议.
