| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献法、访谈法对体育教学中实施素质教育的方法进行了探讨。得出4个结论：(1)构建适应素质教育的体育教育目标体系，使学生德、智、身、心全面协调发展；(2)要为全体学生服务；(3)提高学生的体育意识和能力；(4)重视学生能力的培养使其终身受益。

| Abstract: | By means of documents, interviews and logic, this paper makes a systematic study on how to implement quality education in the PE teaching, and concludes that a target system for quality-education-oriented PE teaching should be constructed to fully develop students in their morality, intelligence, body and mind, that the PE teaching should serve all students, that students' consciousness of lifelong bodybuilding should be enhanced, and that emphasis should be put on developing students' abilities. |
