| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、实地观察法等方法对当代普通大学生的生活方式的现状进行分析和梳理,提出存在的问题,重点分析占相当比例的大学生没有形成体育生活方式的原因及影响因素,在此基础上提出相应的建议,以期让大学生逐步建立起科学文明健康合理的体育生活方式,更好地为祖国的社会主义现代化建设服务。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes contemporary college students' lifestyle condition by using literature,field observation and other methods,puts forward the problems,focuses on analyzing the reason that a substantial proportion of students haven't formed the sports lifestyle,on this basis,making appropriate recommendations to allow the students to establish a scientific,civilized,healthy and reasonable sports lifestyle gradually,to serve the country's socialist modernization construction. |
