| 摘 要： | 强调基于共享框架的图书馆服务链体系概念和优势服务集群的服务管理模式，阐述服务链体系的理论意义、空间展布和体系功能，分析服务链体系与传统服务链、信息链、需求链、价值链之间的关系，认为服务链体系管理理论将引领图书馆逐步建立从内部到外部、从微观到宏观、从有形到虚拟的全新思维。进而探讨图书馆服务链体系的设计、规范与调控策略。

| Abstract: | Based on a sharing framework, the library servicing & managing system concept and the preferential serviced communities model are emphasized in this paper. Then, the academic value, framework and its function of service chain system are expounded and the correlations of the system with traditional service chain, information chain, demanding chain and value chain are analyzed. Lastly, the design, criterion and adjusting & controlling strategies are discussed. |
