| 摘 要： | 农民工培训涉及中央与地方、地方与地方、政府与企业、政府与农民工之间复杂的博弈关系.为了使该工程的落实效果达到最大化,有必要对各方的经济行为进行分析,谨慎处理其间的博弈关系.考虑到政府作为公共管理部门的角色定位,可以通过促进农民工培训与农村社区教育有机结合、推动培训市场规范发育、加强公共信息发布等途径,提高培训效果.

| Abstract: | Peasants workers training is concerned with the complex relations such as central authorities and regional governments, various regional governments,governments and enterprises, and government and peasant workers. To maximize the effects of this project,it is necessary to analyze economic behaviors of all aspects and conduct the relationship between them seriously.Governments are also public administrative sectors, on such grounds, governments may attempt to enhance training effects by organizing peasant workers training and rural community education, accelerating regularization of training markets, and emphasizing to release public information. |
