| 摘 要： | 图书馆接待读者人数的下降,使得图书馆寻求拓展服务领域的新途径成为必要。信息技术的快速发展,使手机在图书馆业务中的应用日趋多样化,为图书馆创新服务提供了很大的发展空间,从简单的短信服务到多媒体信息服务,最终会走向无线网络服务。文章在解释手机图书馆概念的基础上,分析了手机图书馆目前的服务现状,探讨了3G手机图书馆服的组成、WEB网站设计、服务功能的设计、需要注意的问题、应用价值的体现等问题,展望了3G手机图书馆的发展未来。
