| 摘 要： | 政工工作是一项引导人、教育人、塑造人、培养人的工作,对凝聚人心,促进企业转型发展具有十分重要的作用。在目前开滦转型发展的关键时期,受各种因素影响,给企业思想政治工作带来了许多问题,文章从分析员工思想和企业思想政治工作的问题出发,结合实际的工作经验,提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Political work is a work to guide people,educate people,shape people,and cultivate people,which is plays an important role in solidarity and promoting the development of enterprise transformation. In the critical period of development,Kailuan transformation is influenced by various factors. As a result,there are many problems in the enterprise ideological and political work. How to solve the staff ideology and enterprise ideological and political work,combined with the actual work experience,suggestions are put forward in this paper. |
