| 摘 要： | 义务教育作为提高国民素质的基础性工程,在整个教育阶段发挥着至关重要的作用。通过自编问卷从教育总体状况、教育收费、教育公平、素质教育、学校管理等十个维度对唐山市公众义务教育满意度进行调查,结果显示：公众对唐山市义务教育教师素质、总体状况、学校安全管理以及设施等较为满意,但对教育收费、教育部门行风建设等指标的满意度不高,可以从监督管理入手治理乱收费,强化教改,减轻学生负担,加强资源共享,促进教育公平,提高群众满意度。

| Abstract: | As a basic project to improve national quality,the compulsory education plays a vital role in the whole stage of education. By self- made questionnaires,this paper makes an investigation to the public satisfaction with the compulsory education in Tangshan from ten dimensions such as the overall situation,education fee,education fairness,quality education,school management,and so on. The results show that public confidence in Tangshan compulsory education teachers＇ quality and safety management as well as overall health school facilities is relatively satisfied,but the satisfaction with the charging on education and education department moral culture construction is not high. The author proposes to manage collecting fees in disorder from the perspective of the supervision and administration of governance,and strengthen the educational reform,ease the burden on students,strengthen the resource sharing,promote education fairness so as to improve the masses＇ satisfaction. |
