摘    要:积极心理学对青年学生的心理健康教育引导作用影响深远,在这一视角下组建并完善高校心理健康教育系统及其路径。我们可以通过以积极体验增进为手段激发人性积极力量,以积极人格塑造为内容开发潜质能力,以积极文化营造为核心引导价值归属来落实积极心理学发掘个体内心美德和内在潜力的内涵。

Abstract:Positive psychology has profound and lasting influence on the mental health education and guide for young students,so it's to build and improve the mental health education system and path from the perspective of positive psychology. We can take the positive experience as a means to stimulate the positive force of humanity,shape positive personality as the content to develop potential ability,and construct a positive culture as the core to guide the value affiliation. All these are the implementation of positive psychology's connotation,which is to explore the individual's inner virtue and internal potential.
