| 摘 要： | 党的群众路线理论涵盖群众观点和群众工作方法。其萌芽可追溯到建党伊始。1928年,李立三首提＂群众路线＂概念。1943年,毛泽东在《关于领导方法的若干问题》中对群众路线的经典论述是党的群众路线理论形成的主要标志。1956年,中共八大首次把＂群众路线＂概念写入党章。1981年,十一届六中全会决议对＂群众路线＂的科学界定表明党的群众路线理论基本定型。1992年,中共十四大党章对群众路线内涵的表述表明中共群众路线理论已经定型。2012年,中共十八大党章与十四大党章的相关表述完全一致。

| Abstract: | The CPC＇s mass line theory covers mass outlook and the methods of mass work. It could be traced back to the beginning of the founding of the CPC. It was Li Lisan that put forward the concept mass line initiatively in 1928. In1943,Mao Zedong＇s classical interpretation of the mass line in the article Issues Concerning Methods of Leadership is the key token of forming the Party ＇s mass line. The Constitution of the Eighth Party Congress in 1956 saw the term mass line for the first time. Resolutions for Certain Historical Issues of the Party since the Establishment of the PRC scientifically defined the mass line that indicates its basic shape. In1992 the 14 th Party Congress＇ expression in mass line connotation showed that the theory has been finalized. Related statements about the theory are just the same,compared the Constitution of the Eighteenth Party Congress with the fourteenth. |
