| 摘 要： | 借助境外公司业务平台,通过国际贸易获取低成本资金,在当今已成为大多数企业融资的主要方式。以开滦集团为例重点分析引入境外资金的重要性、引入资金的主要渠道和方式、当前引入资金的制约因素,进而提出实际操作建议,以期降低企业融资成本。

| Abstract: | Obtaining funds through international trade with the help of the overseas company form has become the main way of most enterprise financing today. The existing research, business plat- taking Kailuan Group as an example, focuses on analyzing the importance of introducing foreign capital, main channels and ways of introducing capital, the restraining factor of introducing funds currently , further puts forward practical operation suggestions, in order to reduce the cost of financing. |
