| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育的发展规模虽不断扩大,但它面临着严重的财政压力.在迈向高等教育大众化的进程中,高等教育财政模式面临新的选择.随着高等教育财政体制改革的进一步深化,相对低收费的公立高校与适度高收费的民办高校并存的我国高等教育财政模式将会不断发展,不断完善.
