| 摘 要： | 表象训练是在体育运动实践中最为广泛运用的心理训练方法之一.在体育教学中,运用表象训练提高动作质量开创了利用心理因素促进技术学习的新途径.通过实验比较分析了表象训练在普通高校体育课篮球教学中的运用,以便更好的为体育教学服务.

| Abstract: | Representation training is one of the most useful mental training in sports practice.In sports teaching,improving the quality of action by representation training marks a new approach in promotion of studying by psychological factors.In this article,we analyze the application of representation training in college basketball teaching for better teaching quality. |
