体育教师创新教育能力构成与评价的研究

摘    要:运用文献法、调查法、数理统计法等.得出:体育教师的创新教育能力是由创新素质和创新教育策略运用能力两部分及十四项具体评价指标构成;运用Fuzzy(模糊)公式能较客观公正地量化评价体育教师的创新教育能力;教育主管部门应把创新教育能力作为评价教育工作者教学与管理水平高低,以及选优晋级的一个重要指标来组织实施.

Abstract:By means of literature review,investigation,statistics,etc,the study found that the creative ability of PE teachers consists of both creative qualities and the capability of creative education strategy application and fourteen specific assessment indexes.The creative ability of PE teachers could be objectively and fair quantitated and assessed through fuzzy formula.Thus the creative ability could be utilized for the administration departments in charge of education to appraise their teaching and management validity and promotions as an important index.
