| Abstract: | By expounding the relationship between college PE and life long physical training, it proves the significance of college PE and lifelong physical training. Thus it concludes that college PE plays an important role in the nation wide body-building project. It also analyses the existed problems and offers the author's personal view on the teaching model in college PE as well. |
