| 摘 要： | 中央关于振兴东北老工业基地重大战略部署为大连加速建设"大大连"提供了难得的机遇,而民营经济的发展则事关大连老工业基地振兴,民营经济发展不快、不好,振兴大连老工业基地就是一句空话。本文从大连民营经济发展的现状、民营经济在大连老工业基地改造中的作用、大连民营经济发展的障碍因素以及大连发展民营经济的举措几个方面加以阐述。

| Abstract: | The Party Central Committee and the State Council has determined the important strategy for the development of the old industry base in northeast.This provides Dalian a good opportunity to accelerate its development. The development of private economy is important to the development of the old industrial base in Dalian.Without the development of private economy the development of the base is impossible.This paper discusses the present condition of the private economy in Dalian,its function in the reform of the base,and the obstacle factors and measures in its development. |
