| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]潜在跨学科合作行为研究是有效开展跨学合作的重要保障。方法/过程]为探索影响潜在跨学科合作行为开展的主要因素,文章以扩充版计划行为理论为基础,融入"声誉"因素,构建科研人员潜在跨学科合作行为影响因素理论模型,利用SPSS 22.0工具对在线收集到的图书情报学领域285份样本数据进行分析验证。结果/结论]结果表明行为态度、感知行为控制和主观规范对潜在跨学科合作的开展有显著正向影响。研究结果能够为促进潜在跨学科合作的有效开展起到一定的理论指导作用。

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Potential Interdisciplinary Cooperation Behavior |

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Potential interdisciplinary cooperation behavior research is an important guarantee for effective interdisciplinary cooperation.Method/process]In order to explore the influencing factors of potential interdisciplinary cooperation behavior,this paper builds a theoretical model of the potential interdisciplinary cooperation behavior of scientific researchers based on the Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior and integrating the"reputation"factor.By using SPSS 22.0 tool,285 sample data collected online in the field of Library and information science are analyzed and verified.Result/conclusion]The results show that attitude toward the behavior,perceived behavior control and subject norm have a significant positive impact on the implement of potential interdisciplinary cooperation.The research results can play a guiding role for the effective development of potential interdisciplinary cooperation. |
