| 摘 要： | 所谓标准化方法的评价功能就是根据标准化得分直接进行优劣判断,评价方法的评价功能就是根据评价值的大小直接进行优劣判断,这两个问题是学术评价的基础方法论问题,长期没有得到重视,并且被排序分析所掩盖。文章以TOPSIS方法为例,认为sigmoid标准化具有评价功能,并以JCR2017无机与核化学期刊为例进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:评价值的评价功能受指标标准化方法与评价方法的影响;sigmoid标准化方法具有评价功能;现有的极大值标准化、极差标准化、功效系数法标准化方法均不具备评价功能;TOPSIS评价方法具有评价功能;sigmoid标准化改变了指标的统计特征;sigmoid标准化TOPSIS评价结果与极大值标准化有所差异;sigmoid标准化TOPSIS评价改变了评价值的统计特征;标准化与评价方法的评价功能对学术评价冲击较大。

Study on the Influence of Evaluation Standardization and Evaluation Methods on Academic Evaluation: Taking TOPSIS Evaluation Method as an Example |

| Abstract: | The so-called evaluation function of standardized methods is to directly judge the superiority and inferiority according to the standardized scores,and the evaluation function of evaluation methods is to directly judge the superiority and inferiority according to the magnitude of the evaluation value.These two problems are the basic methodological issues of academic evaluation,which have not been paid attention to for a long time and are covered up by ranking analysis.Taking TOPSIS method as an example,this paper argues that sigmoid function standardization has evaluation function,and takes JCR2017 journal of inorganic and nuclear chemistry as an example to make an empirical study.The results show that the evaluation function of evaluation value is influenced by index standardization method and evaluation method;standardization method with sigmoid function has an evaluation function;the existing maximum standardization,range standardization and efficiency coefficient standardization methods have no evaluation function;TOPSIS evaluation method has the function of evaluation;sigmoid standardization changes the statistical characteristics of indicators;there are differences between sigmoid standardized TOPSIS evaluation results and maximum standardized TOPSIS evaluation results;the sigmoid standardized TOPSIS evaluation changes the statistical characteristics of evaluation values;the evaluation function of standardization and evaluation methods has a great impact on academic evaluation. |
