摘    要:壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰基后的衍生物,是一类结构类似于纤维素的氨基多糖生物聚合物,是少数具有荷电性的天然产物之一。壳聚糖分子结构的基本性质是:(1)高分子量、线型聚胺;(2)活性胺基与羟基;(3)阳离子聚合电解质。由于其结构的特殊性,所以具有吸附、螯合金属离子的性能。预计,对壳聚糖改性后,将进一步提高对离子的吸附、螯合能力和选择性。应用在化学修饰电极中将进一步提高离子检测灵敏度、选择性及检测范围。

Abstract:Chitosan is a derivative of chitin through deacylation and a kind of amino-polysaccharide polymer with biological activity similar to fibers in structure, also one of the smallest of natural resources with charge. The basic characteristics of its molecular structure are as follows: First, high molecular weight and linear polyamine. Second, active amino and hydroxyl. Third, positive ion polyelectrolyte. Due to its special structure, Chitosan has ability to absorb and chelated metal ions. Predicted, modified chitosan can improve its absorptive, chelate and selective ability to ions. Applied in the modified electrode, Chirosan will further improve the sensitivity, selectivity and test scope in the course of ion test.,
