| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查，利用统计分析方法，对战略联盟中不同信任和控制方式与不同合作风险类型的关系进行了实证研究，初步得出一些基本结论：感性信任下合作风险较低，而理性信任对控制合作风险的效果较差；权力控制没有很好地控制侵占风险，还可能引发投入风险，社会控制成为控制合作风险的主要手段；从整体上来讲，不同类型的信任有助于控制手段的实施．文章提出了管理实践的若干建议．

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire survey and using statistic analysis,it makes an empirical study on organizational trust,control and cooperation risk as well as the relationship between them in strategic alliance.The study indicates that cooperation risk is lower under emotive trust;The rational trust has poor effect on controlling cooperation risk;Power control couldn't make well control on misappropriate risk but and could induce input,social control is main way to reduce cooperation risk;Trust is helpful to implement control.Finally,it gives us managerial advices on cooperation risk management. |
