| Abstract: | This paper mainly illustrates the causes of job burnout of reference librarians and its possible solutions, so as to improve the management of reference librarians. The author suggests that the main causes of reference burnout are the role conflicts and the transformation of knowledge and skills of reference librarians in the network environment. The solutions of reference burnout can be sought from personal, organizational and social perspectives. |
