类水滑石抑制蒙脱土膨胀性能研究

摘    要:采用非稳态液相共沉淀法合成了不同元素组成、不同原料配比的类水滑石化合物(HTlc).考察了元素组成、原料配比对类水滑石化合物晶体结构、粒子形貌、粒度分布的影响及样品的抑制蒙脱土膨胀的性能.研究发现类水滑石的抑制性与元素组成及原料配比都有关系,二价金属离子中,Mg2 比Zn2 对抑制性的贡献大,三价金属离子中,Fe3 比Al3 对抑制性的贡献大.

Abstract:The hydrotalcite-like compounds(HTlc) containing Mg~(2+),Al~(3+),Fe~(3+),Zn~(2+) respectively were synthesized by nonsteady coprecipitation method.The samples were characterized by element chemical analysis,powder X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscope and linear swelling test.It was turned out that the inhibition of HTlc was related with both of chemical composition and material ratio.Compared with Al~(3+),Fe~(3+) shows more prominent inhibition of montmorillonite swelling as trivalent metal ion,and Mg~(2+) is better than Zn~(2+) as bivalent metal ion.
