| 摘 要： | 文化涵化是一种普遍的文化现象，它促进着文化的持续发展。文化涵化也普遍存在于成人教育当中，促进着成人教育的发展。基于文化涵化分析成人学习者的特征，有意识地采取策略促进他们文化涵化的形成，有助于促进成人教学的顺利进行。

Cultural acculturation is widespread existed in adult education and promotes the development of adult education. Analyze the characteristics of adult learners based on the cultural accul- turation, consciously adopted the to promote the formation of acculturation, help to promote the smooth progress of adult teaching. |
