| Abstract: | This paper processes the data of the number of new household vehicles from 2009 to 2012 in Zhengzhou by the first-order weakening operator.The grey model GM（1,1） of the number of new household vehicles is constructed.The number of new household vehicles is predicted in the next 5 years in Zhengzhou. |
