| 摘 要： | 针对排球教学分项进行简单重复练习与排球比赛要求集体配合串联技术之间的矛盾,提出将技术练习融于教学比赛的思想.认为将技术练习融于教学比赛可以提高学生课堂练习的积极性,满足学生的主体需要;可以通过集体配合参与比赛,提高学生的比赛意识;可以提高学生在比赛中综合运用各项技术的能力.

| Abstract: | In view of the inconsistency between repetitive simple exercises and collective coordination,this paper proposes the integration of volleyball practices into volleyball competition,arguing that technical practices integrated into teaching competition can raise students’enthusiasm of participation,and satisfy students’subjective needs.Coordinative competition can raise students’game consciousness and the bar of using their comprehensive techniques. |
