| 摘 要： | 社会正义是档案治理的内核所在,走向正义的档案治理才会抵达善治,探讨档案治理视域下社会正义的实现路径具有重要意义。在共建、共治、共享的框架下,结合罗尔斯的正义观,我们得出公平的社会正义奠定档案治理的基石,良序的社会正义贯穿档案治理始终,共享的社会正义勾勒档案治理的前景。我们可以通过夯实实现社会正义的档案法治基础、建立契合社会正义的档案治理程序、培育多元治理主体的社会正义信仰来打造充满社会正义的档案治理。

| Abstract: | Social justice is the core of archives governance.Only when archives governance moves towards justice can good governance be achieved.It is of great significance to explore the path of realizing social justice from the perspective of archives governance.Under the framework of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,combined with Rawls'justice view,it is concluded that fair social justice lays the cornerstone of archives management,good order social justice runs through archives management all the time,and shared social justice outlines the future of archives management.We can build archives governance full of social justice by consolidating the legal basis of archives to achieve social justice,establishing the procedures of archives governance in line with social justice,and cultivating the belief in social justice of multiple governance subjects. |
