| 摘 要： | 从传统戏曲普法教育的法理基础、传统戏曲普法教育的现状调查、发挥传统戏曲普法教育功能的具体思路三个方面进行传统戏曲的普法教育功能的论述，点明传统戏曲普法主要是为当代法律宣传普及扩大其有效途径，以期用激发出受众的主观能动性，达到主动接受的目的，使得当代普法工作赢得更多的受众，最终达到扩大普法效能的目的。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the legal education function of traditional opera form three aspects as： the legal foundation of legal education in traditional opera, the current situation investigation of traditional opera legal education, and the concrete thinking of exerting the function. It points out that the legal education in traditional opera should mainly broaden the effective ways for the present legal propaganda and popularization, arouses the subjective initiative of the audience, and brings more audience for the present legal popularization work so as to reach the goal of popularizing law. |
