运动影响脑外伤后脑内神经干细胞增殖分化和细胞凋亡的研究进展

摘    要:脑外伤后的神经细胞死亡,是多种脑外伤后功能障碍的重要原因。运动可在一定程度上促进脑外伤后的功能恢复,但其机制尚不十分清楚。回顾了近期研究结果,分析了运动训练促进脑外伤后功能恢复的可能原因:运动可直接促进神经干细胞的增殖分化,提高某些可促进神经干细胞增殖分化的细胞因子的表达水平,如脑源性神经营养因子、胰岛素样生长因子1和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子及其介导的神经保护相关活动,运动还可抑制Caspase表达,并减少Bax/Bcl-2的比例,从而减少细胞凋亡。
