| 摘 要： | 体育院系术科教师评价量表是判定教师基本情况的工具,为了使术科教师评价更科学、更具操作性,对量表在小范围内进行了实践检验。评价量表内容由评价指标、评价标准、评价主体、分值、评价等级及系数等部分组成,评价等级及系数采用经验法进行赋值。通过应用肯德尔和谐系数分析法、卡方检验法和表区分度检验对评价结果进行检测,显示评价量表具有高度一致性、较高的可信度和很好的区分度。
