韩国教育督导制度及其特点评析

摘    要:韩国从20世纪70年代初开始建立教育督导制度,并随着形势的发展不断完善这项制度,形成了教育督察制度与教育奖学制度相结合的教育督导体制,此即为教育督政制度与教育督学体制。研究韩国的教育督导制度及其特点对于完善我国的教育督导制度是有借鉴意义的。

Abstract:From 1970s,Korea began to set up the system educational superintendent,and consummate it continuously.Now Korea has formed a kind of conjoint system of educational superintendent and educational award,which are educational administrative superintendent system and educational superintendent system.Researching the system of educational superintendent and its traits is helpful and useful to china's educational superintendent.
