| 摘 要： | 由于对管理知识、管理方法掌握得较为肤浅，所以，使得目前普通高校的体育管理工作仍处于经验的管理层面上，更谈不上建立在某一科学理论基础上的体育管理模式。试以系统科学为指导，通过对普通高校体育管理体系的结构层次、各因素之间的关系进行分析，提出普通高校以系统科学为指导的体育管理模式。

| Abstract: | Due to the superficiality of the mastery of management knowledge as well as management method,this made the physical education management of colleges and universities be still in the administrative levels of experience and impossible to be a physical education pattern based on some scientific theory.with the guidance of systemic science,this article tries to make an analysis of structure administrative levels of common colleges and universities and relations among all factors,advance a new physical education management pattern in common colleges and universities guided by systemic science. |
