我国旅行社产品的差异化策略初探

摘    要:目前,我国旅行社产品同质化现象严重,要在激烈的竞争中生存和发展,应该采取旅游线路产品差异化策略、旅游服务差异化策略及营销差异化策略等,最终实现品牌化发展,促使旅行社核心能力的形成,以实现可持续发展.

Abstract:In view of the serious homogenization of the current travel agency products, this article from the concept of travel products, seeks way of implementing differentiation strategy from inner services, illustrates the differences of the tour itinerary product and service differentiation as well as marketing in detail. The paper finally points out that travel agencies should build its own brand, promote to form the advantage of travel products, so that the travel agency can obtain the sustainable development.
