摘    要:互联网技术的飞速发展使用户的网上学习方式发生了深刻变化。Web2.0时代的数字化学习方式体现为资源管理的社会化、开放性、自由平等和协同共享。天津市终身学习公共服务平台为学习者构建出一个开放、自由、平等、分享的平台环境,给其提供了丰富的学习辅助手段,使其乐干学习、主动分享,最终达成学习目标。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the Internet technology, the mode of users~ online learning has undergone profound changes. The digital learning's approach of Web 2.0 era is reflected in the resource management community, openness, freedom, equality and co-sharing. Tianjin lifelong learn- ing public service platform builds an open, free to choose, equal, and sharing of public service platform for lifelong learning environment, providing learners a wealth of learning aids to make learners willing to learn, active in sharing, and ultimately reaching their learning goals.
