| 摘 要： | 为了有效控制用卡风险，变被动型应对为主动型预防，基于计算机科学技术与法学两大学科融合的视角，运用跨学科研究法构建银行卡安全机制。针对各种类型的银行卡，从技术角度，改进或采用新的密保方法以提升安全标准；从法律角度，构思建立健全以及完善各种法规条文以提供法理保障，保护持卡人合法权益。

| Abstract: | In order to control the risk of using bankcard effectively, then change from passive response to active prevention. Base on the fusion of two subject aspects, which are including the computer science technology and law, the security mechanism of bankcard are constructed by using interdisciplinary research method. According to various types of bankcard, from a technical point of view, new cryptographic algorithms are used to improve safety standards; from a legal point of view, establishing and perfecting various laws and regulations are proposed in order to provide legal protection, that the legitimate rights and interests of cardholders are protected. |
