| 摘 要： | 探索信息技术与教育教学的深度融合是电大办学的特色,移动学习为电大发展带来了新的契机。移动学习资源的不足影响着电大深入开展相关学习服务。电大未来的移动学习资源建设可以借鉴MOOCs和翻转课堂等理念改进课程设计和学习服务,通过社会化学习来促进学习实现和资源生成,并探索完善移动学习资源的共建共享机制。

| Abstract: | Further integration of IT and the teaching and learning is characteristic of RTVU education, which brings along new opportunities for the development of RTVU. Deficiency of mobile learning resources will restrict the learning support service involved. Therefore, the mobile learning resources in the future are expected to refine the curriculum design and learning support service by taking the principles of MOOCs and the flipped classroom. The realization of learning and the producing of resources are expected to be accomplished by socialized learning, and the mobile learning recourses, and finally the co-construc- tion and sharing mechanism is expected to be set up. |
