磁铁矿中磁性铁含量测定的不确定度评定

摘    要:讨论了磁铁矿中磁性铁含量测量结果不确定度的多种影响因素,分析了测量结果不确定度分量的主要来源。并对它们进行了计算。通过比较得出,在测量磁铁矿中磁性铁含量的过程中,重复磁选磁性铁过程是测量结果不确定度影响最大的因素。其次是重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定消耗体积的不确定度所造成的测量结果不确定度的影响。通过测量国家一级标准物质GBW07272得出,当测得磁性铁含量为46.91%时,其扩展不确定度U=0.52%(k=2)。

Abstract:This paper discusses the magnetic iron content in magnetite measurement result uncertainty influence degree, analyzed the main sources of the uncertainty of measurement results of components, and their calculation. Through the comparison, in the measurement process of magnetic iron content in magnetite, magnetic separation of magnetic iron process is repeated measurements do not determine the maximum influencing factors. The second is the standard potassium dichromate titration consumption volume of uncertainty measurement results caused by the impact of uncertainty. By measuring the national standard reference material GBW07272 that, when the measured magnetic iron content is 46.91%, the expanded uncertainty U=0.52% (k=2).
