| 摘 要： | 随着社会信息化的飞速发展，网络逐渐成为网民发布消息和发表言论的重要途径，其对突发事件的介入和参与能力也越来越强。研究以2012年“广西镉污染”为例，利用时间序列法对突发性事件的信息传播速度进行分析，为政府实行网络舆情疏导提供数量模型方面的支持，并从网络管理的角度提出在突发事件中对信息传播的监管建议。
