小学教师在职非学历培训模式的探讨

摘    要:小学教师培训是小学教师发展的重要内容,是小学教师队伍建设的重要手段,同时也是教师职业专业化的要求,开展小学教师在职非学历培训势在必行。非学历培训形式包括校本培训、校间联合培训、网络培训三种形式;非学历培训模式由培训主体、培训理念、培训原则、培训形式构成;非学历培训有利于合理利用教学资源,充分调动教师的积极性,不足之处在于缺乏制度保障。

Abstract:The training for primary school teachers is a key part of primary school teachers' development and a crucial way to the construction of primary school teachers.Simultaneously,it is a requirement for teaching specialization.So it is essential and necessary to carry out the non-diploma training for teachers in service.There are three forms: school-centered training,interschool union training,network training.Non-diploma training consists of trainees,notions,principals and forms.The training is benefitial to making good use of teaching resources and promoting teacher's mobility.The limitation is the lack of guarantee system.
