| 摘 要： | 成人教育的发展使终身教育从教育理念走向教育实践。终身教育由此呈现鲜明的职业发展内涵。成人高等教育必须适应终身教育越来越突出的职业发展特征，促使其转变传统的办学观念，重新确定培养目标，改革教学模式，调整课程结构，变革教学内容，努力满足成人终身学习的需求。即培养学习者的职业能力。
