摘    要:以聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为主体树脂,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,马来酸酐(MAH)为主要单体进行熔融接枝反应制备了POE-g-MAH接枝物;该接枝物与其它材料和助剂等进行熔融共混,制备出粘接强度高的热熔胶。讨论了基体树脂、苯乙烯(St)与DCP质量比对接枝率的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析了剥离断面的形貌和化学组成,探讨了该热熔胶的粘结作用机理。结果表明:POE更容易与MAH进行接枝,当m(DCP)∶m(St)=1∶3,POE-g-MAH的接枝率最高;适量的POE-g-MAH接枝物能促使MAH基团向粘结面迁移,提高粘结强度。

Preparation of POE-g-MAH and Its Adhesive Mechanism for Aluminum

Abstract:POE grafted by MAH (POE-g-MAH) was prepared by the melting grafting reaction, which uses the double-roll mill with POE as a matrix resin, DCP as an initiator, and MAH as a primary monomer. A hot melt adhesive with high peel strength was made by blending POE-g-MAH, and other materials and additives in the double-roll mill. The effects of the matrix resin and the mass ratio of DCP to St on the grafting rate of POE were studied, and the morphology and adhesive mechanism were investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). It was found that POE-g-MAH had the highest grafting rate when the mass ratio of DCP to St was 1:3, and MAH would move to the adhesive surface to improve the adhesive performance when a suitable amount of POE-g-MAH was introduced.
