摘    要:研究4A分子筛对膨胀阻燃聚丙烯复合材料力学性能、吸潮性能和热降解性能的影响。结果表明:添加少量的4A分子筛对膨胀阻燃聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能影响不大;阻燃剂的加入对吸潮率有一定的升高;TGA分析结果表明:无论在氮气还是空气气氛下,4A分子筛均改变了PP/IFR的热降解行为,促使PP/IFR在高温阶段加快分解,但在后期能形成更多的炭层,并在残炭中保留更多的磷。

Effects of 4A Zeolite on the Properties of Flame Retardant PP by MPP/PEPA

Abstract:This research was designed to examine the effects of 4A zeotile on the mechanical properties, moisture absorption rate and thermal degradation properties of intumescent flame retardant polypropylene composite. The findings of the research indicated that a small amount of 4A zeotile did not affect the mechanical properties of PP/IFR composites but the incorporation of IFR increased moisture absorption rate of PP/IFR composite. The TGA results revealed that when 4A zeotile was incorporated into PP/IFR, degradation of PP/IFR accelerated in high temperature whether within nitrogen or the atmosphere, but more char residue was generated with greater amount of phosphorus.
