摘    要:随着人们对教学对象主体性的认识和尊重,引发出教师继续教育的内容和方式的变革,人们普遍认识到,教师继续教育所追求的不仅要提升学员的教学能力,而且要促进学员自身全面、健康发展的人性化目标的实现。为此,充分发挥信息技术的优势,把信息技术与中学美术教师继续教育课程进行整合,为学员创造自主探索、多重交互、协作学习、资源共享等数字化的学习环境,创设主动学习情景,让信息技术成为学员强大的认知工具,将使学员的主体地位得以真正确立,使自主学习、探索学习、协作学习得以真正实现。

Abstract:The paper tries to probe into giving full play to the advantages of information technology.It makes a study of the integration of information technology into the art courses for middle school art teachers on continuing education program.Art teachers should create a digital learning environment for the students to explore by themselves,leam by cooperation and share resources.An initiative learning environment should also be created.They should make information technology become a powerful cognitive tool for the students.They should make information technology become a powerful cognitive tool for the students.Thus the students'main body status will be really established.And the aim of initiative learning,exploratory learning and cooperative learning will really be realized.
