| 摘 要： | 把人、动物或自然物所发出的声音如实地加以描摹．这种修辞方法称为拟声词，英语中有许多表示不同声音的拟声词。一般可分为两大类：1)：是直接描绘和反映声音的；2)是不直接描绘和反映的。翻译拟声词时，既要考虑其音响效果，音韵之美，又要注意其译文的忠实、畅达。必须在选词上进行锤炼。

| Abstract: | The rhetoric way that depicts the sounds of human beings, animals mid natural things is called onomatopoeia. In English, there are two kinds of onomatopoeias: One is depicting the sounds directly, the other is portraying or reflecting the sounds indirectly. When translating these onomatopoeias, we shall have to consider not only their sound effect and their harmonious sound but also the truth and fluency of translated sentences. In addition, when choosing the words, we shall have to polish a piece of writing. |
