| 摘 要： | 随着会展业的发展,会展人才的缺乏成为制约其发展的瓶颈。会展人才的层次结构是多方面的,会展人才的培养应从多角度出发。本文从中国会展业发展现状及会展人才的需求情况入手进行阐述,对酒店业与会展业的融合情况进行了分析,论述了在高职酒店管理专业开设会展课程的必要性。

| Abstract: | With the development of exhibition industry,the lack of exhibition talents becomes the bottleneck in exhibition development.The cultivating strategies of exhibition talents vary from angle to angle.The paper discuses the current situations and the need of the talents in exhibition service in China,analyses the integration of hotel service and exhibition service and emphases the importance of keeping exhibition course in the major of hotel management in high vocational institutes. |
