| 摘 要： | 数据包络分析是一种评价决策单元相对效率的有效工具,已经被广泛运用于对国家或者区域创新系统的效率评价之中。然而,之前的研究都将国家创新系统视为一种简单系统,因此无法得到科学的评价结果。本文将国家创新系统视为一种链形系统,运用链形系统DEA方法对其进行效率评价,评价结果显示了该方法的合理性。
